Air Pullman S.p.A. was founded as Air Pullman ATAL by Ottavio Oldrini, already the owner of a mechanic’s workshop in Gallarate, who foresaw the importance that the transportation of people, in both the industrial and tourism sectors, would assume in the years to come. With the purchase of a LANCIA 3/RO/PL coach the company began serving the Malpensa airport – Milan route.

Air Pullman ATAL became Air Pullman S.p.A. and introduced a new urban service connecting the suburbs of Gallarate. 

Air Pullman participates in the tenders for the assignment of local public transport contracts in the Province of Milan. 

In later years and up to 2004, Air Pullman S.p.A. operates in the area of domestic and international public transport, luxury coach and rental services. The fleet was developed and organised to provide connections between Malpensa airport and Milano Centrale railway station, and between Milano Fiera and Malpensa airport and Linate airport.

Since 2006, as part of a temporary association of companies with Autoservizi Locatelli, it has connected Orio al Serio airport with Milano Centrale railway station. 

Air Pullman S.p.A. acquires a wing of CTNM of Solaro, a public service company in the transport sector operating in the north-west of the Province of Milan. To provide this service part of CTNM’s human and structural resources were acquired together with the depot at 200 Via Roma in Solaro.

On 1 February 2010 Air Pullman S.p.A. acquired 100% of the lines managed under license by GTM S.p.A. of Garbagnate Milanese, a public service company in the transport sector, which closed as a result. 
On 18 October 2010 it acquired a wing of SILA e Autoservizi Restelli Martino & c. of Milan, another public service company in the transport sector operating in Milan, Pavia, Varese and in the north-west of the Province of Milan. The same year it launched the Milano Centrale / Linate connection with affiliate Air Pullman Noleggi.

On 27 December 2010, following the signing of a service agreement with the Provinces of Milan and Monza and Brianza, Lot 1 of the North-West sub-network became operational. The main depot used to provide these services is at 200 Via Roma in Solaro. 
As a result of the various acquisitions consolidated in 2010, Air Pullman S.p.A. expanded in size while the services it provided continued to evolve. The expansion of the operating network, which took place in successive phases, produced an increase in the length of the network covered and the natural strengthening of the supporting structure with the renewal and adjustment of resources and fleet employed.

In 2011, in line with the planned development project and in response to the expectations of its customers, Air Pullman S.p.A. modernised and improved the efficiency of its fleet to ensure it remained competitive with those of similar companies. In fact, the average age of the vehicles in the fleet is just over 4 years, compared with a national average of 14 years. A carefully-planned investment for environmentally sustainable and compatible public transport. All vehicles in the fleet have low floors to ensure they are easily accessible to all.

In 2015 it launched the Monza/Linate connection and in 2016 it began operating on both domestic and international long-haul lines.

Air Pullman starts operating on the long trinps both for National and International destinations.
